Food is a specific combination not just of flavours but also of forms, colours and consistencies. The wonderful power of food creation enables us to assemble ingredients into minor masterpieces, just waiting to be tasted and admired, touched and listened to.
Breakfast
The breakfast buffet is served in the morning from 7.30 to 10.00 in our restaurant overlooking the sea.
Dinner
For guests with Half Board accommodation, the dinner menu varies from day to day and offers a rich assortment of fish and meat dishes, reinvented by our chefs' skilful hands while still keeping faith with the Elba tradition. Our policy is to use local ingredients as far as possible.
We are particularly proud of the delicious, fresh confectionery of our production. We are able to make custom cakes and sweets for special occasions (book at least two days in advance).
For children
We have a special focus on children, so there is a menu chosen specifically for them. We are able to prepare foods for your babies and toddlers to your instructions.
For food intolerance sufferers
Anyone allergic or intolerant to specific foods should inform our dining room staff, who will explain which foods on the day's menu are suitable for them.
This hotel is the perfect place for a romantic getaway as well as a place where families can unwind and share true quality time enjoying the many activities the hotel and the town have to offer. Their salt water pool is very therapeutic. Soak up the sun, play tennis, swim, beach it, enjoy great food and Italian wine, and sip an espresso. This hotel has it all. It is a great place to make a life of vacation memories. Wish I could visit every year, many times each year. I'm looking forward to my trip next.
The staff treats you like family, making sure you enjoy your stay. I have vacationed at this hotel since I was 9 years old, returning many times with my parents and then again with my children. Although this town never changes, no trip has ever been the same. The food is delicious wit h offerings of local fare. Their seafood dishes are their specialties. Being the only hotel in this town on the beach makes this a truly relaxing location.
